Biography

Juliet Anderson is an architect who brings curiosity, creativity, and a practical approach to her work at Cornerstone. With a background in fine arts, Juliet has always been drawn to observing and sketching landscapes and the built environment. She enjoys studying architecture in far-flung places and discovering the craftsmanship of historic homes in her own neighborhood. At Cornerstone, Juliet draws on this broad perspective to bring both design sensitivity and technical rigor to her projects. She has expertise in building and accessibility codes and enjoys solving the complex code and documentation challenges that arise throughout any project. Her work experience spans landscape design, higher education, and custom homes. At Cornerstone she has worked on government and publicly funded projects, tribal housing, green roofs, modular construction, and residential work. She also brings strong Revit experience, with a talent for developing efficient workflows. Together, these skills strengthen her ability to deliver thoughtful, well-coordinated, and buildable architecture for Cornerstone. A Colorado native, Juliet moved to Seattle thirty years ago to attend the University of Washington’s graduate architecture program and has lived within a mile of the UW ever since.
