Synopsis: As part of an ongoing master plan to redevelop outdated landscaping on the underground parking structure roofs, this project involved removal of an extensive green roof system with planters and hardscape to expose the existing leaking waterproofing. Work included installing new waterproofing and an extensive landscape system that includes lawn, trees, and shrubs with pedestrian circulation paths to meet ANSI A117 code.
