Bellevue Carrier Annex Expansion

CAG was tasked with transforming an existing vehicle maintenance facility into a fully functional postal carrier annex. This project included the adaptation of the facility to accommodate approximately 91 mail routes, ensuring efficient and effective operations for postal carriers. Additionally, the scope of the project encompassed the construction of a new loading dock, designed to streamline the handling and dispatch of mail. Through careful planning and innovative design, CAG successfully converted the space to meet the specific needs of the postal service, enhancing its capacity and operational efficiency.
