Birnam Wood Moisture Mitigation – Phases 1, 2 & 3
Our team provided below-grade waterproofing replacement design along the exterior walls at Stacks 1-7 and the Community Building. Scope included, but was not limited to:
- shoring for the rockery adjacent the building,
- excavation of existing soil down to the footing (in some locations 12’-0”)
- removal of existing dampproofing,
- installation of a new bituminous waterproofing system, and
- installation of footing drains.
