C-175 Cold Storage Building Reroof

The Cornerstone team was able to determine a design strategy that was able to meet all the constraints provided by the tenants and Owner. Our team was able to design a reroof system that could be enacted in order to maintain the high environmental standards for a cold storage building in order to meet government and operational requirements. The team was able to provide a design that did not constrain fishing vessel off loading. The project determined that a white single ply membrane was the most effective material for this application.
