Cedar River Watershed Education Center Water Intrusion Repair

The existing construction has failed and is allowing infiltration of water into the building envelope. With the high moisture environment of the “bridge” over a manmade stream, our team was cognizant of the fact that all work must be environmentally friendly to protect the wildlife in the stream. This project will include complete skinning of exterior and interior finishes including windows and roofing to expose the framing. The envelope will then be reconstructed with new materials to provide a viable and weatherproof enclosure.
