Compass Point Condominium Roof Replacement

This project was unique for our team. We were tasked with designing a reroofing project that included replacement of insulation, ventilation fans and ducting and application of anti-fungal treatment in the attic space. Our team was also responsible for conducting the bid process and reviewing all bids to make a recommendation to the Homeowner’s Association Board.
