Everett Enhanced Service Facility

 On busy Highway 99 CAG designed a 16-bed, 24-hour Enhanced Service Facility including housing built over 3,000 sf of retail / under-building parking. The building was designed to separate the secure housing access from the busy retail located along the street frontage.
