Everett Gateway Center

Everett Gateway Center is one of many projects designed by Cornerstone for Gamut 360 Holdings in the Puget Sound area. For this project CAG provided complete architectural planning and construction administration services from the initial site analysis to close-out. This project was a design/build project which included a team oriented approach with the owner, architect and contractor, all working together to design and create a space that was useable and cost effective. The tenant spaces were all leased before completion of the building giving Cornerstone the opportunity to perform many tenant improvements for I HOP, Mountain Pacific Bank and many other high-profile businesses.
