Hazel Valley Elementary School

Hazel Valley Elementary was a replacement school for an onsite existing school. The old facility functioned without interruption throughout the 2003-2004 school year while construction on the new school took place. CAG phased construction to minimize impact on school activities and the safety of students, staff and visitors.

                                                      We worked with Highline Public Schools to design a replacement school for Hazel Valley Elementary, on the same site as the existing, occupied school. The new, 64,000 sf school opened in September 2004. The natural beauty of the site inspired our design for this school
