Lighting Group Remodel

Complete remodel of an abandoned building in south Seattle that will highlight the reuse of existing building elements, while modernizing the facades and interiors. The design will utilize and meld into the communication, some of the existing graffiti art that will be preserved as a testament to the south Seattle vibe.
