Northshore Senior Center and Health & Wellness Center Pedestrian Bridge Investigation & Repair

As part of its job order contract, Cornerstone’s team is providing investigation and seismic repair of a pedestrian bridge, which provides safe and convenient pedestrian connection between the Northshore Senior Center and Health & Wellness Center and traverses a significant arterial road. Preliminary investigation has shown significant rust and potential adjacent system issues warranting further investigation and remediation to secure and preserve this important connector for senior services and community.
