Cornerstone reviewed the design architect’s drawings, detailing and specifications for conformance to roofing and exterior wall industry standards, at two critical stages (75% construction documents & 100% construction documents) and provided comments to the Owner. Cornerstone provided guidance on roofing material selections, as well as periodic installation observation for all building envelope related elements, including but not limited to roofing, flashings, air barrier, and brick work for the new two-story, school.
