Pier 69 Roof Replacement

CAG’s team was commissioned to provide roof replacement design for the headquarters of the Port of Seattle. The roof system was based on a three-ply modified bitumen roof with a granulated cap-sheet over concrete and metal deck substrates—and designed and detailed to last a minimum of 25 years. Included in the project scope was the replacement of 8 saw-tooth gutters with PMMA liquid-applied roofing.
