Port of Seattle Pier 66 Roof Upgrades

The building envelope design team provided bid documents for the roof upgrades at 3 distintive buildings on Pier 66. These buildings included Anthony’s Pier 66, Bell Harbor International Conference Center and the Bell Harbor Marine Terminal. The design encompassed various types of roof and envelope repairs to metal roofs, built-up roofs and expansion joints. The team determined and designed upgrades that included but are not limited to roof overlays, fall protection, bird deterent systems, roof coatings, waterproofing and flashing repairs.
