Seattle Municipal Tower Plaza Deck Repair

Our team designed a reroofing and plazadeck waterproofing project at the main entry levels (level 5 & 7) of the 57 story building as well as at lower roof areas at levels 14 and 16. Work included a new heat-applied waterproofing systems over the exising composite deck with existing and new pavers. The project included upgrades to accessibility as well landscaping. The waterproofing system is expected to have a service life of 35+ years.
