Cornerstone was contracted to provide an investigation into the condition of the existing roof system and to provide a design scope of work and contractor’s bid budget estimate. The roof was determined to have failed and we recommended a single-ply overlay system be installed. Our team was contracted in order to provide a means for the tenant to compare and contrast the design solution from the landlord’s team.
