Villa Juanita Condo Building Roof Replacement

Our team was contracted to design the roof replacement of the existing shingle roofs at this 39 unit condo property in the Finn Hill neighborhood in the city of Kirkland. The roof replacement work at this property began at building C in 2019, and continued with buildings A and B in 2020/21. We were able to design the new shingle system with a redundant vapor barrier and a 20-year “no dollar limit” warranty from a local shingle manufacturer. The project included miscellaneous work to improve the exhaust ducting and ventilation of the roof areas.
