Washington State History Museum Plaza Deck Waterproofing
Cornerstone was brought in to complete design of the waterproofing (wp) replacement project at a high-traffic plaza in downtown Tacoma. Scope of work for this intricate, highly visible project involved replacement of all 4’x4’ concrete pavers over a high millage bituminous waterproofing at the plaza-deck area. Finished PMMA liquid applied waterproofing was used at the amphitheater to provide protection to exposed concrete and the occupied space below.
