The existing house had 1 1/2 floors with upstairs rooms under sloped roof with unfinished basement. During the remodel we added a full second floor, finished basemen and constructed a new front porch with deck off master bedroom for view of Lake Washington and Mount Rainier. We did our best to maintain the craftsman character of the original building.
