Our team provided below-grade waterproofing replacement design along the exterior walls at Stacks 1-7 and the Community Building. Scope included, but was not limited to:
shoring for the rockery adjacent the building,
excavation of existing soil down to the footing (in some locations 12’-0”)
removal of existing dampproofing,
installation of a new bituminous waterproofing system, and
installation of footing drains.
