Following the recommendations of the building envelope study conducted in 2016/2017, the siding of all stacks was scheduled for replacement. Our team determined to maintain the general aesthetic of the existing while upgrading and modernizing the exterior envelope. We designed the removal of existing siding and moisture barrier and the installation of an air barrier, exterior insulation and new cement board siding.
