CAG provided site analysis and design-build architectural services in a team-oriented approach with owner and contractor to create spaces that are attractive, functional and cost-effective for this low-rise commercial development in this suburban area north of Seattle. All tenant spaces were leased prior to completion of the building and CAG designed many of these tenant improvements.
