Our team designed the shell and site work infrastructure for the new Starbucks building in this south Seattle neighborhood. The design shares a site with a Popeye’s restaurant but maintains a separation of traffic by utilizing drive access points on three sides of the rectangular lot. The landscaping is also utilized to promote separation of spaces and to reduce the heat island effect.
